Relevant work experience of team members is more than 20 years on average. We keep a healthy balance of applied data center engineering skills  with senior product development and software engineering know-how. Our software developers have extensive experience not only in their programming language but also in exactly the areas we are developing such as writing block device drivers and drivers for OpenStack.
